The Lepu Medical lay rapid test (formerly Nasocheck) is particularly easy to use and safe.
The Lepu Medical Corona rapid test has been evaluated and tested by the Paul Ehrlich Institute. It is also on the list of 122 tests evaluated to detect virus variants such as Omicron. It is very well suited for self-testing due to its ease of implementation. Insert a short sterile cotton swab just 2 cm deep into both nostrils, insert it into the test card and then place 6 drops of test liquid on it.
It is ideal for structured group testing, large-scale testing and as an addition to existing safety and hygiene measures.
Very simple and hygienic test procedure thanks to the test principle with a test card.
The kit is ready to use and contains all the components needed to perform a test.
Scope of delivery of a box with 5 test kits:
- 5x SARS-CoV-2 test card
- 5x Sample Extraction Buffer (0.3mL)
- 5x disposable swabs for sample collection
- 1x instruction manual

- Rotate swab in circles 5 times
- Then repeat the same process in the second nasal cavity
- Hold the swab by the stick and push the swab head from below through “ opening B” into “well A “. Do not touch the swab head.
- Carefully unscrew the cap from the solution bottle and place 6 drops of the solution on the swab head in “well A” .
- Then twist the swab on the stick twice in each direction
- Close card, stick together with adhesive strips K & carefully press together.
- Read the result after 15 minutes (no later than 20 minutes) on the front of the closed card in the result window.
- Don’t move the card during the waiting time!
Positive (+): Red streaks appear
both in the quality control area (C) and in the test area (T).
The line in the test area (T) may be significantly lighter or darker than shown.
Negative (-): There is only one red stripe in the quality control area (C) and no red stripe in the test area (T).
Invalid: There is no red stripe in the Quality Control area (C), or there is a blue stripe in the Quality Control area (C), indicating incorrect operating procedures, or the test card is already unusable. In this case, read the instructions for use again carefully and then use a new test card. If the problem persists, stop using the products with the same lot number and contact the local suppliers immediately.
